Discription :

The bottling machine is used in production of hot juice in PET Bottles.
Rinsing, Functions of Filling and Capping of bottles are integrated in one machine.Simple introduction: The most advanced technology from Germany is employed in the design of the bottling machine. The pressure type filling system is used in this type of machine. The filling is fast and accurate dosage of material is filled and the he amount of liquid is accurately controlled avoiding any extra dropping or and leakage.The machine is made with high quality stainless steel, and key components and parts are machined on CNC machines. The machine had compact structure, easy to operate and high on automation and low Labor intensity.The empty bottles can be turned over 180 degree along the SS conveying rail for internal and external washing.The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The torque of screw capping can be adjusted to give smooth capping system without damaging caps.The amount of the drinks in the storage tank is controlled automatically. No Bottle No Fill function is incorporated in the machine. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.It is ideal equipment for bottling packing juices.
